When you’re the buyer . . .

My goal will be to find the perfect home for you.
We’ll discuss your budget, the geographic areas that interest you most and your basic requirements. We’ll talk about neighborhoods, the current buying market, where you can get the best value for your investment and what’s available in your price range. We also will discuss the amount of loan for which you qualify, the various forms of financing that are available and the down payment you may want to consider.

And then the fun begins. You’ll start touring homes with me, regardless of which company lists them. During these initial outings, we’ll pay special attention to your likes and dislikes so we can refine our search as time goes on. Interior color scheme, layout and property size will be just a few of the factors you’ll want to consider.

During this stage, you’ll look at many homes before finding the perfect one for you. No matter how long it takes, I’ll be there, patiently offering advice and counsel on every property we tour.

When you’re ready to make an offer, I can act as a Buyer/Agent, negotiating on your behalf for the purchase of the property. We’ll explain the purchase document, help you get the needed inspections, walk you through the home before the settlement and attend the closing.
